There might be several reasons for that
- If you have been receiving Bindwise Alerts and suddenly stopped getting notifications please check your Bindwise account, Billing page for any issues.
- Your Bindwise account comes with a daily alerts quota. Perhaps you might hit the daily threshold. Take a minute to understand our pricing and their quotas.
- Ensure you're still added as a contact that receives alerts by visiting the Alerts Settings page in your Bindwise account.
- More general issues might be:
- Your mailbox might be full
- Your email client started might be blocking alerts coming from Bindwise
