If you have been receiving Bindwise alerts and suddenly stopped getting notification emails from us, or have any issues with receiving emails from Bindwise, please check your account’s billing details.
When your account monitoring was has been working properly and suddenly you are receiving no alerts it's usually connected to one of the following: trial expiration or payment method expiration.
If you have missed entering your payment method we weren’t able to charge your card after your trial ended and subscribe you to our paid plan, and you have been instead subscribed to our FREE plan which you’ll be able to see on this page.
All you have to do is click Buy Now and enter your details to start getting your alerts again.
In case you have an expired payment method that means we weren't able to charge you for the last transaction and your paid membership has been either switched to free or pending membership continuation. You'll be be able to see the information about that on the same page, and all you have to do is enter a valid payment method and restart your membership.
